Frieren (Japanese: フリーレン, Hepburn: Furīren) may be the title character and protagonist with the Japanese manga sequence Frieren: Further than Journey's Close, produced by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. Frieren is a former member of a party of adventurers led via the hero Himmel, who defeated the Demon King and restored harmony to the earth following a ten-yr quest.
